Luxury bedding was a ritual. The site was still a product dump — so the first impression didn’t match the price.

What we did

• Rebuilt the homepage around rest, photography, and one Shop Bedding path
• Made the bed the reason to buy, then the linen
• Cleared the route from first scroll to cart

Result

A storefront that sells the night — Rest is a Ritual — then the product.
